FAQs

Is a Health Certificate required for a pet to fly?

Pups On The Fly requires a Health Certificate for transport. Your Pups On The Fly nanny will be happy to deliver any paperwork along with the pet on their delivery.

Can I track the flight my fur baby is on?

Yes. Just Google the Airline and Flight number to keep track of any changes with the flight’s time, terminal and gate. For Example, WN#2132. Also, the FlightAware App is very useful.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit or Debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, if your nanny is unable to complete the delivery.

Can I give my Pups On The Fly nanny a tip?

Of course! We hope your nanny has exceeded your expectations in excellent service keeping your new family member safe on the special journey home.

Can I have more than one pet delivered to the same destination?

Yes, for an additional fee. We can accommodate up to two small litter mates if the combined weight is less than 20 pounds in one carrier.

Is there an additional fee for flying a pet in the cabin?

On average the pet fee for a pet to fly in cabin is $125 depending of the air carrier. Pups On The Fly includes the pet fee for in cabin travel in the transport fee.

Do I need to pay for a pet carrier?

Our nannies have clean, sanitized pet carriers for safe transport. This helps keep the total cost of transport to a minimum. If it is your desire, at an additional fee, to buy and keep a new pet carrier for your new fur baby, we can accommodate that request.
